Merchandiser

The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that products are displayed, stocked, and promoted effectively to maximize sales and maintain brand visibility in the outlets. This role involves regular coordination with Promo and Merchandising Supervisor, store personnel and supervisor to ensure that shelves are properly filled, promotional materials are implemented, and inventory levels are well-managed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and replenish product displays according to company standards and planograms
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments to prevent out-of-stock or overstock situations
• Conduct regular inventory and process required reports to support sales and marketing strategies
• Coordinate with the promo and merchandising supervisor and store supervisor for merchandising needs and promotional activities

Qualifications:

• At least a junior and senior high school diploma or equivalent; college level preferred
• Experience in promo and merchandising is an advantage
• Good communication and organizational skills
• With basic computer knowledge
