Our Promo and Merchandising Supervisors nationwide came together for an important time of alignment, collaboration, and shared learning.
This gathering marked the first national meeting of our Promo and Merchandising Supervisors, providing an opportunity to formally cascade Stargate’s new Mission, Vision, and Core Values and strengthen our shared understanding of the organization’s direction moving forward.
The session also focused on refreshing our supervisors on key processes and company policies, reinforcing consistency, accountability, and excellence in how we lead our teams and carry out our responsibilities.
With our leaders aligned on where we are going, what we stand for, and how we work, we continue to build stronger teams and move forward with one shared direction.
