Promoter

The Promoter is responsible for actively promoting and selling assigned products through direct customer engagement, in-store demonstrations, and promotional activities. The role focuses on increasing product awareness, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer experience while following company and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and explain product features, benefits, and ongoing promotions to customers
• Assist customers with inquiries and product selection
• Achieve daily or monthly sales and promotional targets
• Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and availability in assigned areas
• Collect customer feedback and report market or competitor observations
• Submit daily sales and activity reports

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate
• At least 6 months experience in Sales or Promotion
• Good communication skills
• Provide reports on sales, in-store execution and market intelligence
