The Product Promoter / Brand Ambassador represents the company and its products by engaging with customers to create awareness, generate interest, and drive sales. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, demonstrating product features, and maintaining a positive brand image during promotions, events, and in-store activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and demonstrate products to potential customers in stores, events, or activations
- Educate customers about product benefits, features, and usage
- Encourage product trials and generate sales or leads
- Maintain product displays and ensure promotional materials are properly set up
- Gather customer feedback and report market insights to the marketing or sales team
Qualifications:
- At least a junior or senior high school diploma or equivalent; college level preferred
