Brand Ambassador
The Brand Ambassador represents and promotes the company’s products and brand image through direct customer engagement, in-store promotions, and marketing activities. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and delivering a positive customer experience while ensuring brand standards are consistently followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and demonstrate products to potential customers in stores, events, or activations
- Educate customers about product benefits, features, and usage
- Encourage product trials and generate sales or leads
- Maintain product displays and ensure promotional materials are properly set up
- Gather customer feedback and report market insights to the marketing or sales team
Qualifications:
- At least High School graduate or College level
- Experience in promotions is an advantage
- Good communication and selling skills
- Must represent the brand positively and professionally
- Confident in doing product demos
