Trade Specialist

The Trade Specialist is responsible for supporting sales and trade activities within the assigned accounts or channels, particularly in the tech and consumer electronics industry. The role ensures effective product presentation, customer engagement, and sales support across cellphone, laptop, and monitor categories. The position also involves assisting in product promotion, maintaining client relationships, and providing accurate reports to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of trade and sales activities across assigned accounts, stores, or channels
• Ensure proper product knowledge delivery and assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs
• Maintain strong customer service standards and handle inquiries professionally and efficiently

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years in College
• With 1 year experience in Sales and Tech industry (cellphone, laptop, display monitor)
• Executing good customer service and excellent communication
• Must own a laptop
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
