The Beauty Advisor is responsible for promoting and selling beauty and personal care products by providing excellent customer service, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations. The role focuses on enhancing the customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining brand standards in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by providing product information, beauty advice, and personalized recommendations
• Demonstrate proper product usage and application techniques
• Achieve daily or monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Ensure products are well-stocked, clean, and attractively displayed
• Build positive relationships with customers and store personnel
• Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and promotions
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and basic concerns professionally

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience as Sales Promoter
• Consistent target achiever
• Knowledge or interest in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics
• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented
